When we first met Arlan Maltez, the man behind the magic at AZIARI Italian Clothing for Men, it was very exciting to see a new store open for suits and menswear in Pinecrest, FL serving the greater Miami area. Doors had just opened at the cozy location on SW 77th Ave. It was clear that a lot of detail and planning had gone into the store with beautiful hardwood floors and overhead lighting illuminating premium quality Italian suits displayed on adjacent walls. Clients can enjoy a Cuban style coffee or complimentary beverage of choice in a relaxed environment while shopping or being fitted.
The concept behind AZIARI contains an excellent value proposition. Visitors to the store are offered a varied selection of ready-to-wear suits, sport coats, shirts, trousers, and accessories. What makes AZIARI unique is that clients may choose any suit off the rack and have it tailored exactly to their measurements at the on-site tailor.
Going a step further, clients have the option of having their own made-to-measure suit, sport coat, or jacket custom crafted for them. There is the ability to choose from a vast array of premium Italian fabrics that mirror those found in expensive high-end stores elsewhere. Examples of what clients can customize include: fabric material, color, and pattern along with customizations for the collar, lapel, buttons, pockets, and side vents of their suit of choice. AZIARI uses a proven process of design, measurements, and fittings to ensure clients are completely satisfied with the final product. Those who desire the ultimate in customer service can even schedule home or office visits for the greatest comfort and convenience to make all this happen.
The idea for the website was to create an online storefront that would reflect and portray the AZIARI brand online. Brand awareness was very important for this project. Scott Pfaff, CEO of Tradition Marketing, states “As a new brand on the scene, we wanted to be sure that customers interested in buying a new suit locally would become aware of AZIARI as an option during an online search. By optimizing the website through best SEO practices, we were able to achieve greater visibility. If you do a Google Images search for “suits Miami”, AZIARI stands out. As time goes one we will constantly improve, and we have found that website traffic growth is consistent as evidenced through Google Analytics metrics.”
Staying true to the brand’s commitment to customer service, it was also important to implement systems in place that would allow for a greater customer experience. Part of the project was putting together an online appointment scheduling system where busy clients can assure a one-on-one personalized experience by confirming a date and time that works best for them. Clients can specify exactly what type of service they are looking for whether it’s Ready-To-Wear Shopping, Made-To-Measure, or Fashion Advising either in-store, in-home, or at the office. There is even the ability to schedule a service known as Wardrobe Coordination in which your wardrobe will be organized to perfection as any true gentleman should.
